How does Prixofy work?
Enter your hotel, city and dates: Prixofy instantly shows its indicative prices on several sites (Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com…) and opens the hotel in one click, including on our partner Klook. If you've already seen a price, add it (optional) to instantly see if another site is cheaper. With your email, you then get free reminders at D-14, D-7 and D-3 to recheck the price.
Is Prixofy free?
Yes. Prixofy is free for travellers, with no account and no credit card.
Do I need to have booked already?
No. You can compare a hotel's price before or after booking. If you haven't chosen a hotel yet, tap "Find a hotel": enter your destination, dates and number of travellers, and Prixofy compares hotel prices across several sites (Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com and our partner Klook). You then book directly on the site you choose, never on Prixofy.
Does Prixofy track prices automatically?
Prixofy shows indicative prices collected when you check your hotel, then sends you free reminders at D-14, D-7 and D-3 so you can recheck the price yourself in one click. Prixofy does not monitor prices continuously, does not book anything for you and does not guarantee any price: the final price is always shown on the booking site.
Where do the displayed prices come from?
The prices shown are indicative prices per room per night, collected automatically from public comparison data (TripAdvisor). They may vary and may not include all taxes: the final price is always shown on the booking site. Our partner Klook is not included in this data: you can check its price in one click.
When will I get my reminders?
At D-14, D-7 and D-3 before your arrival, if you added your email. If your stay is close, only the remaining reminders are sent. 3 emails maximum per stay.
Not getting our emails?
Check your Promotions or Spam folder and move our email to Primary. You can also add the reminders to your calendar from your dashboard.
How do I take advantage of a lower price?
If your current booking has free cancellation and you find a lower price, book at the new price, then cancel the old booking. Always check the cancellation conditions before cancelling.
Why is Klook always shown?
Klook is our partner: if you book through our link, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That's what keeps Prixofy free. You're free to book wherever you want.
How do I stop the reminders?
Click "Stop tracking" in your dashboard (linked in every email), or "Unsubscribe" at the top of the email in Gmail.
My hotel isn't found automatically. What should I do?
Make sure you entered the hotel's full name as it appears on your booking (e.g. Hôtel Azur Nice Centre). You can fix it with "Fix the name" or "Edit" in your dashboard. If you don't have a hotel yet, tap "Find a hotel in your destination" to see the hotels available on our partner Klook.
I booked directly with the hotel. Can I compare?
Yes. Choose "Hotel website" and enter the price you paid (optional): Prixofy shows the indicative prices of other sites for the same stay, and you can check Klook in one click. If you find it cheaper, you save.
Can I edit or delete a price check?
Yes. From your dashboard, you can edit a price check's details or delete it at any time. Prixofy never changes your booking with the hotel or the platform.
What do you do with my data?
We use your email and stay details only to send you your reminders. We don't sell them. More details in our
privacy policy.
What are "Explore the destination", Travel eSIM, Car rental, Airport transfers and Special offers?
Beyond checking your hotel price, Prixofy offers a selection of useful travel services: activities and tours, eSIMs, car or scooter rental, airport transfers and current offers. These services are provided by our partners (Klook, Airalo, Saily, AutoEurope, BikesBooking, Welcome Pickups): booking and payment happen directly on their site. Already there? The "Near me" button suggests activities in the nearest city (your location is never sent or stored).
